Now Hiring - Personal Assistant/Sales Assistant in Paradise Valley, AZ

Personal Assistant needed for busy executive who is working to start up multiple businesses and projects in the health & Fitness industry.

You would be responsible for answering calls, and scheduling, and be a multitasker ready to assist the Vice President with any task relating to helping the businesses to grow. Assisting with Sales and Marketing and social media is a big part of this position, including online chats as well as sending out information and booking materials to potential retreat guests, communicating with clients via various platforms such as emailing, texting, etc, and and any and all efforts that result in bookings and customer service for Live In Fitness and FitClub TV. We get our guests to their goals, and we need forward-thinking individuals to help us to get them here.

The starting wage for this position is $45,000 per Year + Commissions and bonuses.This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ. You would be working in the VP's private residence as well as the office located in North Scottsdale depending on need.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring phone calls and online chats while calling potential guests back. High level of multi tasking is a must.
• Create & track leads in our POS system, while gathering specific information and getting to know what each person needs and then communicating how Live In Fitness can help them to be successful. Find out about inidividuals goals and history with their weight and fitness and let them know how we can get them to their goals in the most effective and efficient way possible from our three pronged approach: focusing on the physical, nutritional & mental change.
• Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service;
• Ability to learn, understand and effectively communicate with the guest about multiple Retreat Packages and can easily adapt to changing pricing and product offerings.
• Work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy and efficient speed. Must be able to interact with and engage the guest while working on a computer at the same time
• Promote and embrace Live In Fitness's Mission and Values; provide a safe work environment; implement Live In Fitness's service essentials, strategies, policies and procedures
• send client emails and information
• Any and all tasks relating to assisting the vice president both professionally and personally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Resourcefulness, thinking on your feet, out of the box thinking
• Strong navigation and search skills on internet sites
• Ability to easily create relationships with people and make meaningful connections that result in people trusting that you have their best interest at heart.
• Ability to assess what each person needs to get to where they need/want to be in their lives and guide them as to how we can get them there.
• Driven to succeed and to exeed expectations and sales goals.
• Naturally wanting to know more and to learn more and to expand and grow in new ways.
• Must have quick Typing and texting skills and be tech savvy as your tools are your phone and your laptop!
• Comfortable talking to all kinds of people from all walks of life.
• Experienced and/or conversational in a foreign language is a plus as we have an international reach

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Prior experience with (resort) POS software, google docs, dropbox, excel, word
• Fitness & Health Enthusiast with Experience in the Weight Loss, Fitness, Nutrition or Mental health Fields
• Active on Social Media, linkdin

Required education: Associates Degree

Required experience:

Administrative, Customer Service and/or Sales Consultant: 3+ years experience
